CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning the workouts everyday are different so you never get bored. Our workouts are based on core everyday movements, incorporating the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength training, and monostructural exercises.
Our workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of each individual, be it someone trying it for the first time or a 10 year veteran.
Every one of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression 60 minutes in duration. The coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Throughout the class, your coach will supervise and correct your movements, making you are moving in a safe and effective manner!
